Privacy notice

Last updated 12 October 2026

This notice explains how Elyon Softworks handles information you share through our project enquiry form.

What you share with us

The form collects your name, email address, optional company name, and the project description you choose to provide. Required fields are marked in the form; without them, we cannot receive and respond to your enquiry.

Why we use it

We use these details to understand your request, reply to you, and discuss potential work. For project requests, this helps us take steps at your request before entering a contract. For other enquiries, our legitimate interest is responding to business communications. We do not use enquiry information for advertising, profiling or automated decisions.

Where your information goes

Tally processes and stores form submissions on our behalf, and sends us an email notification. Enquiries are accessible to Elyon Softworks through the Tally dashboard and our notification inbox. The website and form providers may also process technical request information needed to operate and protect their services.

Tally stores form data in Europe. Some of its service providers, including those used for email notifications, operate outside the European Economic Area. Details about those providers and transfer safeguards are available in Tally’s data protection information and privacy notice.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry information while handling your request and any resulting project discussions, and where needed for related business records or legal obligations. You can ask us to delete enquiry information that is no longer needed.

Your choices and rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your information, and object to or request a restriction of processing where applicable. To make a request, contact Elyon Softworks through our form and mention that it concerns your personal data. You may also contact your local data protection authority if you have a concern.

Website tracking

We do not add advertising or analytics scripts to this website. The embedded Tally form uses its provider’s technology to display the form, validate responses and process submissions. Google reCAPTCHA helps protect the form from spam; its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
